How do you fill the pores in the grain when finishing rosewood?

As a luthier, how can I fill the pores in my rosewood guitar back before varnishing and polishing? If I don%26#039;t fill the pores, the finish is pitted, not smooth and glossy.|||stewart macdonald makes a pore filler for guitars i%26#039;ve used on

mahogany and works well.

a good sanding sealer either in spray or paint on is also good

some people use both.

pore fill first sand smooth and then sand sealer spray

next both products can be found at stewart macdonald

online and many helpful tips.
