What's the best way to wash your face in order to cleanse out all the dirty stuff in the pores??

Do i soak the towel with hot or cold water?

When do i apply the cleanser, toner and moisturiser?

What other suggestions do you have?|||Use tepid water, gently cleanse then apply a facial scrub to clean your pores. After rinsing, apply toner then a moisturiser that is light and non-comodegenic (which won%26#039;t block your pores). Once a week apply a deep cleansing mask.|||Use a washcloth with foaming face clenser. Neutrgena makes a good one in a tube . Get it at Walmart .The washcloth(with warm water) gets the pours cleaned out ,then use a toner to close them back up. Wait awhile and put on moisturiser.|||My friend%26#039;s sister is a dermatologist and she told me one of the best things on the market is those Olay Daily Facials. They%26#039;re cleansing cloths. I%26#039;ve been using them for about 4 years now, and still like them a lot. You just wet them with warm water, lather them up, and wash your face with them. Then rinse the cloth, and use the wet cloth to wipe off the suds from your face. Then rinse with warm water.

You apply moisturizer (with spf) after you cleanse in the morning, and apply a different nighttime moisturizer after cleansing again at night.

My other suggestion would be to get facials regularly. I don%26#039;t, but my friend who does, her skin is always radiant.

Oh, and the Biore pore strips really do work. They pull all the yucky stuff out of your pores. Just don%26#039;t leave them on until they%26#039;re rock hard, then they%26#039;re painful to remove.|||The best way is to use a facial srub such as clean and clear or clearasil, work it inro a lather with warm water - too cold and ut wont strip the dirt and oil from your face, too hot and itll take too much oil from your face and youl be left feeling dry and tight.

Look through the facial section, and try and find a facial with little beads in it, thes help get rid of blackheads, but if you have a lot of blackhead that wont come out, hold your head over a bowl of hot water for 10 minuits, (the steam opens your pores) and then gently, with CLEAN hands, squeeze them out|||You should use a facial scrub first.

Ok step one

Cleanse face with some gentle milky product, an%26#039;t remember the name of the one I love at this mo! Pour some onto cotton wool and wipe all over face removing dirt.

Pat face with warm water

Next exfoliate with scrub or use Neutrogena Clear Glow Pads which cleans a little deeper.

I use a very hot flannel and leave on my face for a minute then wet the flannel with freezing water and leave on my face

Then add moisturiser such as neutrogena and you%26#039;re done

Don%26#039;t mind all the fancy pancy toners just use water|||The most common practice that is followed when you have acne problems is to wash your face regularly. However it should be known that it is important to adopt gentle cleansing habits to prevent irritation to the skin.

When choosing a facial cleanser, choose something that has the terms ‘oil-free’, ‘non-irritating’, ‘non-overdrying’ and ‘non-comedogenic’ mentioned on them. most of the acne cleansers today have other medications in them like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide.

These medications may get washed off with these cleansers or you may end up layering medications by starting with a cleanser with medication and following with another medication afterwards. The best option is to have gentle cleansing to be followed with the right medication.

Make it a point to wash your hair only twice a day; in the morning and evening. This is because too much of washing only causes irritation to the skin. Remember, you are aiming at becoming as kind as possible to your skin with your cleansing.

Don’t wash your face using a washcloth as your bare hands are more than sufficient. Remember that the washing of your face is only for getting your face ready for medication, and for nothing else.

There is no point in scrubbing your face as washing your face on its own does not clear breakouts as dirt does not cause acne. After washing your face, pat it dry as rubbing it leads to excess irritation. This in turn creates more breakouts.|||The best way to clean your face is keep washing your face regularly.

Washing at regular intervals is effective. I had acne problems till a few months back. i kept on washing my face regularly and didnt use any cleansers.

Try the same, it will surely work. Now my face is very clear and i dont get pimples at all.

If you want to know more about what i did, then send me a mail thru my profile. i%26#039;ll help.

Cheers!
