How can i minimize the appearance of my pores?

Help! My pores constantly appear to be enlarged. I rinse my face with cold water after ever time i wash it, however, minutes later, my pores are enlarged an open again.

How can i %26#039;shrink%26#039; my pores, and keep them that way?|||Well you should do this:

put your hair in a bun so that it is out of your face and pin any bangs/fringes/short layers around your face away from your face. then take a large bowl and fill it with hot, hot, water so that steam is coming off the top. put your face close to it and put a towel over your head (wash cloth towel) so that the steam doesnt escape. yes i know this enlargens your pores.

wash your face immediately after with warm water after this using a facial scrub to take out any bacteria. i recommend anything from clearasil, neutrogena and proactiv dont really work right away.

you could also buy clearasil%26#039;s blackhead eraser, i think it costs around 17 dollars but removes any blackheads that could be making your pores look huge.

next, put on a facial mask (this time, however, i do recommend neutrogena. there is a daily mask/weekly mask combo that you can buy from ralph%26#039;s or target that costs 11 dollars i think). let it sit for the directed time for a daily rinse and then go to the bathroom and wash off your face. if your pores are still huge then put a cold wash cloth to your face for about 5 minutes.|||1. Use Facial Scrub Once A Week.

You may either apply homemade or commercial scrub that will remove all dead cells from your skin.

2. Never Leave Make-Up On Your Face While Going To Bed.

When you leave make-up on your face without cleansing it, your skin is not able to breathe properly which in turn cause pores get clogged.

3. Use homemade masks at least twice a week.

It is very important to apply homemade masks every week, regardless of your age (20 or 60 years old).

Here is a recipe of deep pore cleansing mask: mix some Cornstarch, some warm water, some Tea Tree essential oil and 1 teaspoon green tea extract.|||This is what I%26#039;ve heard and do.

Before you wash your face, rinse with warm water to open up your pores.

After you wash your face, rinse with cold water to close your pores.

Use toner and then cream to moisturize your skin as washing your face with soap/living in dry area dries your face out.

I think this advice makes sense. It works for me.|||You should try Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser and their Toner. Both work magic!
