How can get rid of visible pores under my eyes?

I exfoliate on the rest of my face and that seems to do it, but the pores under my eyes are tiny bumps, I think it might be hereditary, coz my aunt has it. Does anyone know what I can do??!|||there not pores, they are milia. do not try to remove them yourself, you need to see a dermatologist. don%26#039;t freak out, its really not that uncommon=] most babies are born with it, and for some of us it doesn%26#039;t go away or it resurfaces years later.
