How do you shrink large pores on your nose?

I%26#039;m sixteen so of course I have acne and oily skin. However, I%26#039;m seeing a dermatologist so my acne is mostly gone, but I still have really large pores on my nose and sometimes on my cheeks and my skin is still really oily. Any tips that have worked for you?|||Try using witch hazel on a pad after chilling the witch hazel in the refrigerator.|||put your face lotion in the fridge at night take it out and use it once you get out of the shower in the morning the cold somehow helps me anyways..
