What is the easiest way to remove feathers from the pores left on a store bought turkey?

I just unwrapped it and it has many clogged pores. I was upset. What is the easiest way to remove them? I tried pulling them out by hand but it is hard. It also has small ones.|||pliers work well if you have them-can also just slide a knife against them and put your finger hard on the knife to hold the feather between the two then just twist and they come out easy-i have found this to be the fastest way to remove them---smile and enjoy the night|||thanks for the ten-glad i could help i am a chef for a living and sometimes a whole case will come through and we need it fast----merry christmas Report Abuse
