Use a heavy degreasing soap or even the stuff auto mechanics use to get oil and grease off, it works for other acidic chemicals. By this point, the skin on your hands is probably gone so I suppose my best advice is a skin graph at the nearest ER. The trauma center might be able to help if you have lost copious amounts of blood. Oh and try not to get excited cause you%26#039;ll lose even more blood.
