What is the best facial cleanser to unclog pores?

I have pimples on my temples and from the cornor of my lips down to my chin....They are not visably noticiable and they are not getting red or going into the white head stage i can pop them with a lot of effort but if i don%26#039;t they just stay there. I use Neutrogena face wash and mostorizer. I am guessing my pores are clogged, I don%26#039;t know what to do PLEASE HELP!|||a sand blaster. or steel wool. Just kidding.


Many times acne is a result of diet not whether or not your face is clean. Remember cleansers can not get deep under your skin. They can only clean the surface and pores. If the pimples are clogged poeres then topical creams and cleansers can help.


The pimples that develop deeper under the skin, you know those ones that hurt like crazy? That is not a clogged pore. Pay attention to what you eat and see if certain things seem to trigger a breakout. Many times chocolate and fatty foods can cause this. Eveyone reacts differently. Sometimes acne is hereditary or part of you there is nothing which can be done but time. Usually as you get older it gets better. My brother had this problem growing up. He went to the doctor washed his face with this cream and that soap and took this medication and that one. Nothing seemed to help till he narrowed it down to what he was eating. I do not remember what he found out but I do know once he did find out what was contributing to it. He was able to slow it down some. I use the aloe one from the Body shop, no alcohol which dries the skin and can exacerbate the situation. The aloe is also a healer, and i find that as with ones with alcohol in them and various others it does not leave your face taught. Also I tone with witch hazel, which is really cheap natural and very effective, grannies magic water! HTH





Tracy|||i use personally proactiv it gives you a deep clean feeling and after i use the cleanser i use the refining mask it really helps to make pores look smaller but if not that i used to use clean and clear products they help a lot too|||aveeno|||pro activ its expeenssive but the results are fast and noticable but i think thats for really bad acne. try clean and clear thats always good|||face cleaners with salicylic acid in it....neutrogena
